The Salon Professional Academy accepts cash, card and tap to pay, you must pay at the time your service ends. Tips are allowed & very well appreciated, but of course are not mandatory. 

There are multiple add on options that are included with many of our services. For more information on them contact or talk to your esthetican.

If you are receiving a body treatment, shorts ( and for woman a sports bra/tank top) are recommended while having a robe/wrap is always available.

Any allergies, skin care products, or medical conditions that can cause a negative effect on your treatment should be reported to your estethican before your service begins. Failure to do so, does NOT fall under your estheticans liability and it is on YOU, to take the necessary steps following. If you are unsure or have any questions talk to your esthetican. 

The Salon Professional Academy has a Zero Tolerance Policy and any negative actions can result in your service stopped and you will still be charged for your full appointment. If you have any issues with your service, we will fix it complementary at the time of your service. Come in with a positive attitude and an open mind, and we will make it our goal to give you an experience you wont forget.
